**Q: What is band length?**
A: Not sure. But each watch comes with a tool to remove parts of the band. Also with extra battery.beautifully made and soft to the touch. I know own three

**Q: Why is there NO arrows on the links? Directions say only links with arrows can be removed. Watch I got does not have any arrows, so unable to adjust.**
A: I have to adjust every watch that I get.  If you can tell which side of the pin is bigger than the other, push the pin out from the smaller hole & back the smaller end of the pin into the bigger hole & lightly tap/hammer the pin in until it's in completely.

**Q: Where we can get extra links**
A: I haven't come across this problem, but I would contact the seller and ask them.

**Q: Can you order extra links?  I need 10" length.  I already have tool that came with another wooden wath I have.**
A: Not that I'm aware of but I would contact the seller to be certain.
