I went into this with skepticism, but it has actually improved all of my perimeno symptoms. I am 47 years old and was beginning to experience high fatigue, hot flashes, headaches and the stubborn belly bloat that wouldn't go away. I began taking two of these each morning with water roughly 12 days ago, and there is a noticeable difference in all areas. I am no longer wiped out after work, headaches and hot flashes have decreased tremendously and I have lost my daily stomach bulge entirely. This is a 60 day supply so it's considerably less $ then the more popular brands with their lower quantity. I will continue to purchase these.

I read reviews and details about a lot of hormone therapy pills, women’s vitamins, etc for perimenopause. I got recommendations from people too. But I got on Amazon and read reviews to compare with my symptoms and went with this one because it mentioned all of the things I’m feeling. Within a week I realized my symptoms had improved. I went on some Rx hormone pills and thought maybe I don’t need these now. In two days of being off of them I realized I can’t stop taking them because my symptoms returned! They are a life saver and I’m telling anyone else in my shoes that these are worth a try and I highly recommend them! Ok - to start out I am a 47-year-old woman going through minor peri-menopause symptoms and I finally got around to trying thus product - I have finished a bottle (60 day supply) and will order more. Here are my observations: 1. I always break out right before my period - not this month. 2. My period started and I hardly noticed. No big cramps to herald it, not big cramps afterward. It is however a lot thinner than normal which is making a bit more of a mess, but I just change more often. 3. I made the comment to my hubby that I started and he said "jokingly but not really" that I wasn't crazy at any point this month (we can usually tell when it is coming - you know ladies) 4. Appetite is down. Not losing weight or anything, but maintaining and no big cravings like usual. Will keep up this supplement and hopefully will keep seeing benefits.

I love this product. It has helped me with Menopause symptoms; with probiotics and has helped me maintain my weight. It has helped me so much so if you want some relief try this product as it really works. And as for the price is very affordable for all the relief you get from it.

Update: After getting off these pills, I offered them to my friend who has menstrual problems. She has different issues than I do so she was interested to see if these pills helped her. After just five doses, she experienced uncontrollable rage, anger, and sobbing. She is a calm person who rarely gets angry and certainly never gets in a rage. Seriously, these pills are BAD NEWS!! They are going in the trash now. I read the glowing reviews for these supplements and I just don't get it. I have taken them for just THREE DAYS and here is what happened. I haven't had an issue with acne in ages. After one dose I started getting acne on my jaw line. After three days, I am in a full breakout. I have developed a football sized rash on my torso. It burns and itches. The only change in my world is me consuming these pills, so it would seem like it is connected. I was having hot flashes during the day, but not at night. My daytime hot flashes have more than doubled and I suddenly started having them at night now, waking up with soaked sheets from the sweat. I have gained 6 pounds in three days with zero change in my eating and exercise habits. SIX POUNDS IN THREE DAYS!!! I am super bloated at the top of my stomach and I look pregnant. I am irritable and cranky and have noticed I was snapping at people for no reason. I am getting no sleep because of the hot flashes, so I am exhausted. My back is absolutely killing me the way it does when I am on my cycle, but I am NOT on my cycle. My conclusion? These pills are a joke and I wasted my money and now I have six unwanted pounds to lose!
