The product is nice to hold onto good design ergonomically.. also the cheek and tounge cleaner on the back does work.. but the bristles are hard in the first few uses... but still feel harder than a soft bristle ones... like a medium

These toothbrushes are much larger and a different shape from what we’re used to. But we both feel they do a great job cleaning our teeth and gums.

These a good value and a good way to protect your teeth. I don't like all toothbrushes but these are the best feeling ones I have found.
