Thoroughly enjoyed this book
Thoroughly enjoyed this book; gave insight into Hans' motives and thoughts yet never painted him as a victim, also enjoyed seeing it from Anna's perspective and what she was thinking throughout the movie. Also nice to see some extra scenes at the start of the book and in other places. Elizabeth Rudnick did a fantastic job and it was fun to relive the story and get to see some more depth to it.

Lovely story
Says it's from the points of view from Hans, however it is mainly from Hans but also the other characters, which is interesting I thought. Having a look into the mind of Hans is interesting

Not as good as the others in this genre
Not as good as the others in this genre; just like the film, no twist, no deviation from the original story. Quite disappointing!!

The perfect Frozen tale
⭐⭐⭐⭐.5 So this was basically the written version of the film but with the added bonus of it being written from both Anna AND Hans' point of view, with a little bit of Elsa thrown in. And I loved it. I've had this one on my shelf for a while and I'm not sure why I waited so long to read it but I chose it as the #BibbidyBobbidyBookClub Disney book choice for January because I wanted a wintry tale. And I'm a big fan of Frozen. I loved knowing more about Hans, his backstory, and what made him so damn evil as I don't think that was made abundantly clear in the film, but in this book it was, and I felt for him... for a second 😂 The only thing missing for me was knowing more about Kristoff and his point of view; I wish he'd been included more. But if you're a fan of Frozen, Disney and young adult books then read this.
