I just received this new face wash from Chic Republic a couple of weeks ago and just like the Detox face wash I am using from them it is wonderful! Their products smell amazing and really clean your skin without drying it out. I can always tell if a face wash is truly cleaning my skin by how much dirt I still wipe off my face when I use my toner after and trust me after using their products there's hardly any if at all! They really do make quality products! Oh and the customer service is superb! They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied! I highly recommend!

I was previously using the Hado Labo Tokyo face was and lotion and had run out, but it was unavailable to order without a ridiculous hike in price, so I went I went with a Neutrogena scrub and was going to squeeze some life out of what I had left in moisturizer to tide me over until I could get my regular products. I was so broken out after 3 days that I had to make a change, and quick. I’ve always had issues with finding a face product that doesn’t break me out.So, the ingredients in Chic Republic Renew caught my eye - rosehip seed oil in particular, because it has been soothing to me before, but also the Reishi in the face wash. We just got a new hand lotion at work that has reishi and I am slightly obsessed. I felt like the universe was shining a light on this product line for me to try.. and I could not be happier. My face cleared up immediately and I will not be going back to Hado Labo when this runs out. I have been using these for two weeks now and have not experienced any [unpleasant] surprises or regretsI am trying to transition into using organic and naturally derived products in all areas of my life and a lot of them can leave you wanting.. not these. I love the way my skin feels nourished and fresh. The skin around my eyes stays moisturized and healthy looking, reducing the appearance of my old lady lines 😏. This is one that a little goes a long way and there is an absorption time required before putting makeup on (due to coconut oil, I imagine, because I always experience this) but there are also many days that I go out without makeup on and can sometimes experience products making my skin splotchy and reddish. Using the Renew facial wash and face cream does not have that effect at all. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I cannot day enough about this product. I am 40 and I needed something to help with the redness and dullness in my skin. This did the trick! A little goes a long way. It smells great and it rinses clean. I received several compliments about my skin the same week I started using it. I noticed a difference in my skin texture and the fine lines around my eyes began to soften within days! No matter what other products I may add to my skin care regime, this one will not be replaced!

At first I loved this product. I paired it with the anti-age moisturizer. Unfortunately, this past week I noticed some irritation above and below my lip area. I thought it might be a cold sore, though really out of place. I decided to stop using the cleanser/moisturizer and used hydrocortisone cream to soothe my irritated skin. It already feels released 2 days in.Unfortunately, my return window ended 2 days ago. Hope this helps!!UPDATE:However, the company did contact me to offer a refund for their product. Still wish that it would have worked for my skin type.

I have brought this product thrice. the first time the product was too runny. As a result there would be some wastage when pumping into hand. The pumping mechanism too is bit tough to handle. I still ordered it a second time since I thought my face did well with it. The second time around the product was thicker and I loved it! less wastage and face did great. The third order the product is back to being runny and I am not liking it mainly since product is getting wasted when pumped. I may not purchase again as a result.

Love love love!!!! The best cleanser I have ever used! I have very bad hyper pigment on my forehead mainly and after using with a combo of products in 45days I have seen a drastic change in my skin! Just received my second batch and will use for the rest of my life! Smells amazing too! I feel so clean!

I wouldn't say it the best cleanser, but it does wash my face a bit. I would say that it does brighten my skin. It does smell really nice and leaves my face washed. I would wash my face with it daily and I would get more acne. It's also watery. Another issue I had was the cap. It kept coming off and it would be a struggle for me to try to get the product to squirt into my hand again. I thought buying this a bit expensive cleanser would work, but didn't do much for my face.

Cons: Does not cleanse your skin, or remove makeup. Need to wash again after using.Pros: Product smells nice, leaves skin soft.Not sure if it brightens or not.UPDATE: I changed from 3 to 4 stars as their customer service was fantastic. Without any contact from me, they reached out and refunded my money and offered to send another to try. That's great service. I would buy something from these folks again, for sure.
