I have a medium sized chest and the rolls last a while. It doesnt irritate my skin like other tapes I've tried. It can be a little itchy/tingly sometimes but if applied properly, it's not bad at all. I've worn it in the shower and has done just fine. Just remember to use an oil when removing it so it doesnt blister. I always soak it in baby oil for 15+ minutes and then it comes right off. After a few days, it'll start to get stringy and leave adhesive/stickiness on my skin after taking it off but after some scrubbing thatll come off. I've noticed it in other tapes too but it seems to leave a little more stickiness than other tapes I've tried. Overall: it gets the job done and doesn't irritate my skin. Obviously everyone's skin is different and it might take a few trys to find the tape that works for you.
