Has worked wonderfully for over a year. Minor glitches if the water runs dry but that is to be expected! Would recommend!

(New response on bottom!) Works good, BUT; The app is finnicky. Like, annoyingly finnicky. It's nice because you can essentially tell it "turn on at this time, for this long" which is great, but if you go on to the app and try to change the timing, it might just... Not update. You have to double check whatever change you made if it actually went through. The kit itself is nice, the pump is cheap but not terribly, connections are alright, just be careful while changing nozzles/tightening or loosening the tips to change the spray. Inside the nozzle is a small metal piece and a spring, if you un-screw the nozzle too much it will pop off and those pieces will be gone forever most likely, hopefully not into substrate. I was just trying to get a thinner mist and the tip fell off, didn't realize there was anything inside the nozzle until I put it back on and it sent a blast of water straight at the wall inside the tank like a pressure washer. Also, fortunately I have a wireless monitoring system for temps + humidity, I noticed a huge spike in humidity out of nowhere, and after going down the hallway heard a light buzzing from the room. Come to find out, for some reason it didn't shut off after one of the misting times, and it emptied like half a gallon of water into the tank. The jug was empty and the pump was STILL running, and trying to turn it off from the app wasn't working so I had to unplug it. Ended up not using it after that and just switching to a substrate that can hold water a bit better, especially since misting isn't the best way to introduce humidity. ---------------------------------------- Moistenland went out of their way to reach out and offered a refund, even though it's been quite a while since I originally got the product. We purchased this system for our Created Gecko. Set up wasn’t the easiest but we figured it out. The pump is pretty loud. The app isn’t hard to use which was nice. But the biggest issue was the misting pieces did not work. They just shoot water out in the jet stream. We tried adjusting them but nothing was working. Assuming they were broken since it seems to work for other reviewers. We made do since we needed it while we were away. But the pump stopped working as well and wouldn’t pull enough water. Send this back and getting a better quality one. Super disappointed.

Like the title says, one nozzle sprays stronger than the other. Tried switching them with the same result. Also it's a little noisy but a high pressure pump can not be expected to be silent. So far it has worked very well besides the above complaints. The WIFI app (required but free) works well and is very intuitive to set up and use. Mine did not leak at all, but make sure to mount the pump above the water source to avoid some complaints of leaking. I gave 3 stars initially, but the seller reached out to me to solve my issues. The seller was very supportive and easy to work with. This is a top notch seller that will support any issues with their product. They earned their 5 star review.

**update. After I posted my review, the company reached out and offered me a full refund. Adding another star for great customer service. And for the record, I took my own advice and got the non-wifi version (same brand) and plugged into a smart plug. 5 stars on that one! I’ll start off by saying that I like these better than a certain expensive name brand mister. The quality of the mist is great, it’s easy to assemble and program. The unit itself is compact and doesn’t make a ton of noise. Easily mounts on the outside of your enclosure with command strips or foam tape and it looks pretty sleek. The reason for the 3-star review lies in the WiFi version only. I purchased 2 of these when I adopted 2 Panther chameleons. I had been using the basic version for my crested gecko, but anyone who has chams will tell you that they have very specific temperature and humidity requirements and that a consistent nighttime misting schedule is ideal. The problem I run into is when the water reservoir runs out (not something I allow to happen often, but I’m human like the rest of you; I get busy and I forget things). There is a sensor in the WiFi version that stops the mister and sends an alert to the phone app that you need to add water. Great, right?? The problem is, once you add water, you have to manually re-prime your tubing by pushing the mist button either on the unit or the phone app. If the unit still senses no water, it stops the cycle after 10 seconds, and you have to keep pushing the prime button every 10 seconds until water is sensed in the line. If you have long tubing (which I do), this is extremely tedious and time consuming - see attached video to see how many times I had to manually start the cycle; 30+ minutes of pushing the button every 10 seconds. I have searched high and low to find a way to prime empty lines and can’t find anything. If you’re someone with a busy schedule or prone to forgetting to fill your reservoir, I’d recommend getting the basic version; you can always plug it into a smart plug for more control.

Have this for almost a year and its been working great on app timer. No leaks or other malfunctions.

This is a great item, super small and compact able to set functions on the app & notifies me when I'm out of water. Definitely worth the purchase, my african fat tailed gecko, is super happy for the extra daily moisture!

Easy to set up. Has some spare parts for the nozzle. App is easy to use but sometimes doesn't register the timing changes I put through.

Exactly what i needed

I’ve been using mine for about a year now, and it's good that it has a Wi-Fi-controlled app for really hot and dry days. The only downside for me is the quality of the water nozzle. it doesnt have a great spray range, so the humidity in the tank isn’t that high until it evaporates a bit. That being said, it gets the job done pretty well. i can still recommend it. its not too loud, just put a hand towel under the pump to absorb the vibration, and you’ll have no problem, honestly. it does go off at times you don’t expect so you may feel like it jumpscares you but that's not the fault of the product either.

This works just as well as my Monsoon use to before it broke. Very easy to set up and get working. Any bucket container etc for water reservoir works with it. We just used our base of our 8L monsoon and I set up the times for the misting on certain days or everyday and for how long I want the misting to run. QR code on the side of the machine takes you to a youtube video for set up but there is also written instructions that came with it. I recommend anyone novice or expert to use it. I literally got it in today set it up very quickly and it worked just as advertised.
