Good Option
I managed to break the knob on my daughterโs Kitchenaid (what a piece of junk that plastic is!)In a panic I searched for a replacement that would fit and work appropriately. I located this, and it was cheap, fits, and feels far better than the prior piece.

Works well with our non-Kitchenaid attachments
Our non-Kitchenaid attachments never lined up well with the original thumb screw. The original thumb screw eventually broke so we bought these. These thumb screws fit much better with attachments that don't exactly line up with the thumb screw hole.

Unattractive but it works
Looks weird on my mixer, itโs very large compared with the original. But this is sturdy! It is a single piece of metal. The original screw had a plastic handle that broke. This is not going to have the same problem.

Great to make sure your attachment sits securely
Bought to accompany a cheese grater attachment that wasn't as flush as I wanted while using the original thumb screw. This worked perfectly to ensure it's secure and doesn't wiggle around. Worth it!

A great replacement for the original
When the original one broke on our mixer, I was kinda surprised to see how cheaply it was made. My only complaint with it is that it came in a two pack. With the quality of this part I donโt know how I will ever need the second one.

Better than original.
I was tightening the plastic knob that originally came on my mixer and it broke. I ordered these as replacement and they are way better than the original. First, theyโre metal and not plastic, second, they are bigger and easier to turn. They fit my KitchenAid mixer perfectly. I have no worries of breaking this one.

Great replacement
The original knob on the attachment holder came off so we switched it with one of these, and it works perfectly. The grip is a great addition and makes it very easy to get a strong hold and also easy to unscrew again.
