Saves me a lot of time in the morning by skipping Gua sha and using this instead. My boyfriend has even started using it with me and he was really happy with the results! I have no idea if it helps because I couldn't make it through the night. Do not wear this if you have the slightest stuffy nose. You won't be able to open your mouth while you sleep and may not wake up in the morning!! You can open you mouth but it takes a little more force than usual and is a little effort holding open due to the tightness and pressure. I kept waking up gasping for air as I was drifting to sleep so I took it off before I got into any real deep sleep. I'm bummed because I was hoping this would be helpful.

This sleep mask seems like a good idea, and it's made out of comfortable material, but I personally found it too distracting to keep on.
