It has sand and air. The heavier the ball the more sand there is.

Depending on fitness. I went on the heavy side, where I would have been better with 8 to 10 kilograms. If you go to heavy you will find you don’t use it as you should

No, this ball and all balls that look likes it are designed not to bounce. The point is that you do have to pick it up. If you want it to bounce look for a ball which seems more solid, it will likely be non black.

If the concrete is smooth I think it should be fine. I would lay some sort of mat,eg door mat or something to slam it onto.
