Harrison's Bird Foods Adult Lifetime Coarse, Certified Organic Non-GMO 5lb

Harrison's Bird Foods are one of my go-to rotations of my bird's foods. I learned years ago, for all my pets, to vary their diets in case of recalls, nutritional inadequacies, & to help avoid picky eaters. Harrison's has a high rating for their food for palatability, nutrition & healthiness. The food is just one color, no variety, but my birds all like it & readily eat it when it comes up in their food rotation. I will feed this as only food if I think one is not quite feeling well (adding warm water to encourage them to eat). The package, when kept closed tightly, retains the freshness well. I highly recommend Harrison's Bird Food at least for part of your birds diet (of course dependent on species).

African Grey's are picky eaters. One day they like something the next NO WAY! This food has stayed with him, and he does like it when it is given. Good product, just wish it weren't so pricey.

Have used Harrisons for years! ONLY PROBLEM is they keep shipping wrong product!

There is no better parrot pellet than Harrison's My 32 YO White-capped Pionus, RIver, was doing okay on his previous pellets, but now he is exceptionally healthy on Harrison's Healthy villae, beautiful feathers, healthy stool, never runny. He loves them so it was very easy to introduce them. He was favoring them on day 2. As soon as he finishes his favorite, most cherished walnut treat, he goes right for the pellets. I hide them around and on top of his cage in small cups and cover the pellets with dried kidney or lima beans so he has to forage. He also gets spinach, a little fruit but he loves his Harrison's

I I have a blue-headed Pionus who’s a notoriously picky eater, and Harrison’s Adult Lifetime Coarse is the only pellet she’ll consistently eat. The quality is excellent, and I really trust the ingredients—they’re clean, nutritious, and well-suited for her long-term health. My only complaint is the sizing. The coarse pellets are a bit too large for her, while the fine ones are too small. I really wish there was a medium size available. For now, we smash up the coarse pellets to give her slightly smaller pieces, which works, but it’s a bit of extra effort. Overall, it’s a great product that I’ll keep buying, but a medium size would make it perfect.

Our veterinarian recommended Harrison’s Bird Food Adult Lifetime Coarse Certified for our 25 year old Eclectus parrot and he loves the food.

C'était pour un gris, qui n'aimait rien à part ses graines, et il m'a surpris à aimer les decortiquer comme des friandises :o Un bon point donc, puisque ces extrudés d'une marque bien connue et réputée (son prix aussi) sont équilibrés du point de vue apports indispensables (vitamines etc). Et il en mange tous les jours un peu (pepper coarse ou Adult Lifetime Coarse : il n' a pas l'air de préférer l'un à l'autre) A tester, mais extrudés en tout cas de très bonne qualité nutritionnelle et qui semblent appréciés note : coarse signifie que ce sont les grosses croquettes, de la taille d'une grosse noisette Pratique pour prendre dans sa patte pour depiauter. L'incovnient est que des mini bout ont tendance à sauter un peu autour quand il les mange, mais bon c'est sec et bien plus facile à nettoyer que d'autres aliments (et ca me permet de ne plus donner systématiquement des vitamines pour compléter son alimentation jusque là trop déséquilibrée).

My parrot is very picky but he really loved this. Finally his poops went back to normal.
