I think it makes a difference, but I do know. Do not take more than one at a time or on an empty stomach with no intention to eat for an hour afterwards because it upset my stomach when I did it that way. But if I take it absolutely during or directly after meal, I don’t have any nausea and I kind of feel a little more energized and digestive issues lifting.
