As you can see by the photo this comes with a regular dog collar on it. I don't think the d-ring would be good for the size dog that this will fit, however. But it adjusts out for a very large dog and will easily fit my 180 lb Malamute. It's a great size and I put my medium size hand in for comparison. I will update with his photo once we take it. This is definitely reusable and not disposable. Very cute. I was afraid it would be too small but it's not. It looks like it is made out of the same fabric as table napkins. The stitching isn't absolutely perfect but it's still very nice for a dog. We are having an 11th Barkday Party this week !
