I'm 58 and lift weights 4 days a week. This product helps me through my workouts without burning out. I don't use pre workouts with caffeine in them. This gives me a focus and energy increase without being jittery and no crash. The caps are large but still easy to swallow. I'll continue to use these as I see and feel a benefit.
