Hi I currently have the salt cup and struggle to reach it to remove it. Is this a good alternative?

This cup is extremely easy to remove, just pinching the base

I have just tried after I have purchased and I feel a little itchy. Is that normal?

Hi, Thank you for your message. Our cups are made from non-porous medical silicone so they themselves should not cause any kind of infection. However, we highly recommend that the cup is boiled for 5-8 minutes to sanitize it properly before use. If you're experiencing any kind of discomfort or itchiness, we would recommend consulting your health provider. Best regards, INTIMINA Team

Is this cup BPA free?

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry! The Lily Cup is made of an ultra-soft, medical-grade silicone. It is hypoallergenic and 100% free of phthalates, latex, bleaches, fibers or any other substance that could cause sensitivity or allergic reactions. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our customer care department directly. Best regards, INTIMINA Customer Care

How long can this cup last?

I think it's something between 5 to 8 years. It will depend on the care and use of the cup. I think it should be ok as long as the silicone looks undamaged and smooth to touch.
