Think, "part of a good vacuum SYSTEM"
These are part of the SAMSUNG BESPOKE Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner w/ Clean Station. They are inserted flat and empty into the clean station (which also acts as the charging and storage station for the cordless vacuum cleaner) and removed and discarded when they are full. I gave them five stars because they do what they were designed and manufactured to do, AND they are part of a very clever, easy, and "touchless" system for removing the vacuumed debris from the vacuum itself.
