Hate & embarrassed but IMPRESSED!
Comfortable, absorbant, the most leakproof I've tried so far. Reasonable price. Spinal cord compression caused severe bladder incontinence. It's been repaired but I still can't "get there in time". My hips & knees are bone-on-bone, painful, so I use a walker & move slow. I feel the urge, but often either can't get to the bathroom on time or can't stop flow. I'm both embarrassed by and ashamed of this problem and hate that I need these products. In the 6 months I've had this problem, I've tried at least 5 other brands: Depend, Always, Amazon Essentials, Prevail & Assurance. Prevail has been my go-to because of comfort, cost & it kept me driest. Even so, on a bad day I'd soak through 2-3 pair of pants as I'd get to the bathroom. I never wet the bed. Today, I woke up about 2:30am because I had to go & when I sat I just cried, sure I would wet my bed & clothes, need help to change bedding, because as I sat I felt my bladder empty itself & I couldn't stop. I'm SO relieved that neither my pajamas nor my bed got wet!! I even made it to the bathroom to finish without leakage on the way nor did I get wet while removing them. I'm short, overweight (curvy?). Tena fits my curves without pinching, they're soft and the most absorbant brand I've tried. They DIDN'T leak! Tena costs less than most & Amazon discrete delivery is an added plus.

I actually bought THREE different kinds of protective underwear, so I can compare them all here!
UPDATE: 7/25/2018 I am going through all this, because MY ALL TIME FAVORITE Protective Underwear is the "Always Discreet Incontinence Underwear for Women, Maximum Absorbency, CLASSIC CUT, Large, *HEAVYLEAK* PROTECTION" which is practically impossible to get on Amazon anymore, but Walmart does have it. I much prefer shopping at Amazon! I've been a DEVOTED Amazon shopper and PRIME MEMBER since 2000! (My daughter also uses Always Discreet as extra protection on the first day of her period (which can be very heavy.) Gives her complete confidence to go out and run errands all day, when she might have stayed home, for fear of leakage!) NOW, THE COMPARISON: The Tena *CLASSIC* Protective Underwear, Size Large, Blue and White package (the label has 4 of 8 drops filled with blue) Definitely comes up higher in the front and back and has a soft gathered body, it is also taller in the "pad coverage area" in both the front and back, than this TENA Incontinence Underwear for Women Protective, Large (that label says "Super Plus" and has 4 out of 5 dots filled with blue) *BUT* the *CLASSIC* fit is *HUGE* and it LEAKS! (If you only need it for "occasional leakage" and not true incontinence, it might work for you, but overnight, NEVER!) The Tena Classic runs large in general, but comes up higher in the BACK than the Always Discreet,Classic Cut and MUCH higher in the back than the Tena "Super Plus", Pink & Blue package.. But the fit of the Tema "Super Plus" has a very different material in the body and fits snugger, it is not the gathered material the other two have, but sort of knit material, that in some ways feels more secure. As I am bedridden, the length of time between changes is important to me. As for this brand, the Tena 'Super Plus", it has a noticeably THICKER PAD than the other 2 that I did purchase and reviewed here.. and is definitely worth a try! I also HIGHLY recommend *PRIME*, being bedridden I couldn't get along without it!! When I need something, I usually need them NOW! Which brings up PRIME NOW, which is totally AMAZING, but doesn't always have all the brands you may want. But I've had things delivered to my hospital bed in as little as 37 minutes!!! *The one product I Did NOT buy was the Tena OVERNIGHT Women's Underwear, Large, which says " Specifically designed to protect against leaks while lying down" and also says "3X Protection and NEW Worry free Nights" which sounds excellent for someone bedridden... and one I will certainly try next time I buying these.* I REALLY hope that helps, if it does, please check that it was helpful, below. Thank you!

Best incontinence underwear I've ever bought. Depends can't touch them. Now, I have wasted so much money until now. I have Depends I wish I could return.

Better than the Prevail brand
We bought these for an elderly relative. When she is not feeling well, she sleeps a lot. And, sometimes, it takes her too long to get out of bed. When she feels well, she is up and about. So, weโre trying to figure out what works. We had originally planned to repurchase the Prevail brand. But, their price skyrocketed. So, for our repurchase, we decided to try this brand. Unlike the Prevail brand were easy to pull up but a bit bulky in the butt area, the TENA pull-ups were a little harder to pull up but fit more like regular underwear. This helps to make her clothes look nicer and they seem to feel nicer as well, Like the Prevail, they held a lot of liquid without leaking. The TENA brand also costs less than Prevail. So, we found the TENA pull ups to be a much better value than the Prevail brand.

Read before you purchase
Not for sensitive skin. They do keep you dry almost as well as well as the sensitive ones. Ok for non sensitive skin people.

They are actually made for a womanโs body!
If Tena ever stops making these, I might cry. These are made very well and thick so I can actually pull on them and they donโt tear (like other brands) instantly. The size is pretty accurate and fits well. What I especially like is the crotch is actually wide enough to cover everything! So many of these brands donโt make these pull ups wide enough to have full coverage down there and to have it snug so it doesnโt leak! It is snug and I donโt have leaks often! They donโt have a strong chemical smell and the color is your average white coloring. I am a paraplegic who is non-ambulatory and canโt bear weight for reference. I have gone through so many different types of pull ups through the years and this is easily the best type I have found that makes me feel confident if I have any accidents!

Absolutely the worse performance, fit, comfort of any brand incontinence brief on the market.
Because of a failed mesh bladder sling surgery, I have to wear protective briefs. I wear the briefs when I am away from hone. I have probably bought every brand of incontinent brief made. By far, this is the worse product I have ever bought. I was relagated to buying a P/M size. Ordinarily I would buy an extra small or small depending on the brand.. These briefs were huge. Once the briefs become moist/wet, even if only a small amount they droop or sag, become heavy and the area between the legs he broncebecomes lumpy. If these briefs were suppose to have some sort of odor protection. They smelled like paper before use. After wearing they have a different odor but there is no odor protection. The crotch of these briefs is very wide. The back side is bulky and over all, there is nothing discrete about them. In fact, as if the bladder issue wasn't enough to deal with, the briefs are so ill fitting that they sure do nothing for your self confidence. You might be able to hide them if you wear a loose dress or skirt but forget wearing them with slacks or shorts unless you wear a long top to hide your behind. The back of the pants are bulky, the leg openings are loose and because of the loose fit, they leak. I am an active person so a product such as this needs to fit as described. The product comments read like these TENA briefs were going to fit and perform like no other product out there. Because these are considered a health care/sanitary item they can not be returned so as far as I am concerned I wasted almost $50. I gave them a fair trial but for an average size active person these are not worth the grief. I ended up taking all but 14 of the briefs and donating. them to a nursing home. Save yourself possible embarassment and discomfort. The best fit, odor control and comfort will come from brand name briefs. For a few cents more per unit you will be comfortable and confident.

Mum Approved Incontinence Underwear.
My Mother's box (64 pairs) of Tena Incontinence Underwear for Women (size Large) arrived well before expected and were in good condition. Thank you Amazon (US) for promptly dispatching my order and Australia Post for a fast doorstep delivery. I purchased the 64 pairs of Tena disposable women's underpants (underpants) for my elderly Mother's (Mum) use. I'm reviewing these Tena underpants with the assistance of my Mum. My order arrived as 4 individual packs. Each pack contains 16 underpants and all 4 packs came in a single box. All 4 packs arrived intact. All selected underpants have been complete and without defects. The underpants are manufactured from a soft elasticised open material that readily conforms to the anatomy of the body. The open nature of the material helps the skin to breath. This assists with moisture control and the resultant improved comfort of feeling dry. The underpants are a generous cut, full brief. There is a 3cm elasticated waist band to hold the underpants in place (up). The leg is semi elasticated for comfort and to help prevent any leakage. Highly absorbent material with odour control is appropriately placed (more to the front) to capture leaking urine. Side seams are crimped (joined) together. This allows for quick and easy removal with sharp adjacent tugs at each side of the seam. โ CORRECT SIZING HELPS STOP LEAKAGE FROM UNDERPANTS. โ DEPENDING UPON YOUR LEVEL OF INCONTINENCE, YOU MAY REQUIRE A DIFFERENTLY RATED PRODUCT. In use, the underpants are soft (like cotton) and freely conform to the shape of the body. They are as comfortable as an ordinary pair of cotton underpants. As easy to put on and pull down as any ordinary pair of underpants. Urine odour is well controlled: no evident smell. Although, there is little odour control for solid faecal waste. The degree of Incontinence will determine the required frequency of change. These underpants function like ordinary underpants, only with protection. They give my mum the confidence she needs to go about her daily activities, knowing that she won't have the worry of embarrassing leaks and odours.
