I really like these bottles; they are good quality and easy to work with. I have these cans of stuff like denatured alcohol, paint thinner, specialty wood finishes etc... All those cans have those stupid safety lids on them that are next to impossible to open so I pour all that stuff in these bottles and label them. Makes it easy to see what you have left and lids on this work really nice. The mouth of the bottles is also a nice size for filling and pouring as well as being easy to wipe clean.

Excellent for water trsting

Well-made borosilicate bottles with GL45 lids. They arrived quickly and were very well packed - top 10% of things I've purchased regarding packaging. Although they were packed as if they were the most fragile product on Amazon (a compliment), these are some of the sturdiest bottles I've purchased. The glass is sufficiently thick to survive a small drop even. The design is good - a bottle is a bottle but the mouth is large enough to use a spatula to add a reactant or use most pipettes. The lid fits snugly and is waterproof and seemingly gas-resistant to a good degree. I'm using one to hold a liquid sensitive to the air and it doesn't seem like there's any degradation while stored out in the open. The price was great and I think I'll be buying more in the near future.

First thoughts are that they are packaged extremely well. I wouldn't worry about these arriving broken. For the money at only $5 a piece I think they're a great deal. Only thing I'm concerned about is that they may develop a leak or the measurements may wear off. I will update if either of those things happen

The bottles are great quality for the price. I would give this 5 stars, but one bottle was broken when I got these in, and my only option from Amazon is to return the entire box. I need the other 7 bottles now and don’t want to wait for a replacement. I would say be careful with these, as the box was fine and they were packaged inside bubble wrap, yet one was still broken.

Haven't dropped them or anything, but they seem sturdy. Caps fit nicely. I uses them for short-term storage of boiling raw ginger tea and batch raw boiling coconut water from the coconuts. Not exactly like canning, but I put the cap on loose, let cool some, tighten and put in fridge. I dunk the bottles and caps in boiling water right before. So far have had success with cold storage of a few weeks.

Don’t not but if your using in a pressure cooker! The blue lip seal is crappy plastic and melted when making agar… was only in for 30 mins and that’s was night to melt it and it feel into the media bottle ruining a 3000ml worth of agar
