I purchased this item but it is not compatible with my iMac ( 27" running Ventura 13.7.5) as claimed by the seller. The computer does not recognise the gadget. So I wanted to return it and get my refund so that I can find something else. But unfortunately there is no "Refund" but only "Replace". Amazon gives lot of help topics but I could not set right the problem. So buyers should be aware of these conditions. I increased my rating because I found OBS Studio 31.0.2 for iMac works well. I am not yet successful with VLC. May bye some tweaking necessary.

The device is not working, cant connect to monitor, the bad thing is, no repalce option .... I'm trapped

Good product in affordable Prices. It complete my gaming Setup & It easily connects my PS4 with my Computer with HD inputs.

The quality is decent which comes out of this pen-drive sized video card. Didn't expect this much quality. I use this to record output from my GoPro Hero 7, The latency is noticeable. But i don't live stream, So it doesn't affect me. Because I edit all the videos before posting. Latency can be fixed in the post in an editing software, which is not a big deal. For the price this is much worth i feel. Its sturdy build and don't have to worry about breaking.

what a greatest product in rs.499 only. i previously used Elgato HD60S+. it came with 2 years warranty. i bought it for 18000 rs. after 2 years 4 days product stopped working and the customer support team said the product is now out of warranty. now i chosen this product. now i realise for 18000 rupees i would have get 36 products. it is delivering 60fps and 1080p. i streamed on youtube. definitely recommend to my friend streamers. you need HDMI to type C cable also.
