YES! it works!
I'm a gamer and work from home on the computer all day and I've never had to consider an antenna until now.Recently moved and my wifi router is only about 30 ft away but my computer (and attached wifi antennas) are below the line of sight and next to a stucco wall. So the signal is just really weak here.I'll eventually run some more coax and cable but I needed something better "right now" since it's affecting my video conferencing and even downloads are way to slow.I've been diagnosing and moving stuff the last week or so with little impact (using a phone, the wife signal next to my antennas was clearly the problem).Attached are the Ookla speedtest results and you can see how garbage it was for earlier results and then finally today I have the results, both "before" connecting the antenna extender (under 200mbps range) and then "after" (around 500mbps range) and much more stable signal.Super simple, just screw it on and it's relatively unobtrusive and overall a great value for what it does. really glad I picked this up.

It definitely worked for my usecase!
My small form factor PC is high up on a shelf on the 2nd floor and my WiFi router is downstairs on the opposite end of the house. There are 6 high def security cameras also hooked up to the wifi further impeding the signal. Needless to say after replacing my stock antenna which was netting me at best 300kb/s download speeds I'm back to hitting 10mb/s. This thing works!

Great solution to poor WiFi Receiving PC
This came in clutch, and works super well. Fits easy in the perfect spot like the 6ft cable is essential most are like at 3ft and its dumb. I was getting only 9mbs, but thanks to this antenna I'm getting 50mbs, its a huge difference now I can do my job and for a good price too.

its a simple plug and play
The unit itself if great the magnet is weak.

Works
Make sure you put it at higher location, WiFi is like heat it rises, you’ll get better signal. At first I was only getting like 30 mbps then I put it up higher and started getting the 500mbps plus speeds.

Greatly reduces internet speed
I purchased two of these for a T-Mobile 5G home internet WiFi router. The unit gives you the option of using the internal antennas or connecting external antennas to 4 SMA connectors. The router has provided an average of 690 mbps download and 90 upload on Speed Test (this router and the previous one it replaced - 3 years with this internet service). I connected a pair of these antennas to the router and it instantly went down to 30 mbps download and 0.5 upload. I rearranged the antennas in different configurations, including changing the order of connections across the 4 connections and the best speed attained was 47 mbps down and 5 Mbps up. I disconnected the antennas and selected the internal antennas and the speed when back up - 748 Mbps down and 127 up, during that test. I repeated the test another time in another location in the house and the results were essentially the same.I deal with RF systems (system design and analysis) in my career field. At best, these antennas are poorly matched to my specific router. At worst, they are not a good design at all and contribute to significant destructive interference. In my experience, the latter is more likely.

Awesome performance, great price.
I pay for 1G fiber optic internet, until this arrived my max speed download was 400-500 mbps and make upload was 300-400 mbps. Hooked this up and now I'm getting almost the full gig. Max download runs between 800-900 mbps and upload stays around 950-980 mbps when running speed test.
