Didn't work for mum's neuropathy
Bought this for my mum as she has neuropathy in her hands and feet. It did nothing for her, hence the 1 star rating.

Not a cure but it helps with the symptoms
For me it’s most useful when waking during the night with foot pain. Once it’s applied it provides relief in many cases enough to drop back off to sleep.The relief is temporary but generally effective.At £25 a bottle it could be better value.
