It is what it is a solid steel ring that can be used for training. It's much than you think practicing with it but there is plenty of information out there on the net.

You can't go wrong with this,even beginners can be safe in knowledge its not going to break if u drop it. Great size for learning Wing Chun disciplines and training muscle memory

Really good training tool but can get a little harsh on wrists with them being metal, resulting from this I think the wooden ones may be better but they will be probably be far easier to break. Still really good for building sort range controlled strength and muscle memory

Bin sehr zufrieden. Trainiere auch mit Rattan Ring, selber Durchmesser. Gut verarbeitet, Kräftigungseffekt etwas höher, da mehr Gewicht als Rattan.
