Shrimp Caesar salad made perfect~!
I absolutely LOVE this seasoning for my shrimp Caesar salads! I thaw some jumbo shrimp & completely coat them with McCormick Perfect Pinch Cajun Seasoning and sear them in a skillet with olive oil to lock in the flavors. I top the cooked shrimp on my Caesar salad & its a quick, healthy, & flavorful supper! Hubby and I eat this at least once a week. I've tried other Cajun seasonings & McCormick Perfect Pinch Cajun Seasoning is literally the perfect one for shrimp. Its just the right amount of spiciness. This is the only seasoning that I buy in this big jug.....and I use it ALL! One of these 18oz lasts me about 2 months cooking with it 1-2 times a week.
