Just buy it! You won't regret it. If you've ever sat on a chair for more than a couple of hours and have to hobble away after, yes, this is what you're looking for. September 2022 I purchased this and it's now July 2026 and it still saves my back daily. I have used this pillow nearly every single day, at minimum 5 days a week for 8+ hours. Doing extremely rough match I've spent about 7,000+ hours sitting on this pillow and it works the same as the day I purchased it. The thickness of the pad is perfect, you don't feel like you're sinking and you don't feel like you're sitting on a hard floor. It's perfectly supportive in the way that you forget about it because it works so well, but if you remove it you see an immediate change. I use it in a standard desk chair and it fits fine. I am a larger woman with wide hips and I don't spill over the sides. I do like the cooling quality to it in the summer and I simply drape a blanket over my chair in the winter to make it cozy and warm. I would buy this again (though it's such high quality I have no doubt it will last for years to come) and I reccomend it to my friends and family all the time. As a bonus above everything else, there's a nice handle where you can carry it to your office and I use it in my craft room while sewing. And if somehow you're still not convinced, this pillow is easily a half to a quarter the price of similar ones and it is a workhorse.

This TushGaurd Cushion is Great. I ordered the Large in Grey to match my truck. So far after a weeks of daily use it is good to go. Definitely does the job as advertised. It is comfortable. Versatile. Easy to move around if need be. Ordered a few more for the other vehicles I have. Farthest trip so far has only been about 30-45 mins and it seemed good. You do feel a bit taller in the Car Seat sitting in this so you will have to adjust your seat height. My back and hip have pain relief now using this. So far so good. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using this cushion on my office chair during longer work sessions, and it has made the chair much more comfortable. The foam has enough support to keep me from feeling like I’m sitting directly on a hard surface, but it still has some give to it. I like that it doesn’t take up too much room and fits nicely on a standard office chair. It is almosta little too soft and I would like a firmer mould. Comfort: Soft enough for extended sitting while still supportive Fit: Works well on my existing chair without sliding around constantly Convenience: Easy to move between chairs when needed The cover is also a nice touch since it makes the cushion feel more finished and easier to maintain. It’s not a replacement for a really good office chair, but it’s an inexpensive way to make an uncomfortable one more pleasant.

I ordered 2 of these ahead of a 1,200+ mile road trip and they did not disappoint. I was a bit skeptical at first because they were SO thick; I wondered if I would feel like I was in a booster seat. But they turned out to be fantastic. My travel companion and I are both in our early 60s and we both commented on how we never had lower back pain, and how comfortable they were.

I don't know if it is my office chair or the chair pad but constantly having to readjust it all day long. Other than that it biscuits pretty comfy.

This cushion is a fraction the cost of one with over 100K reviews and IMO this one is way better. Its a bigger size making for a better fit in office chairs and is nice and thick giving plenty of support and comfort, noticing a good deal of pain relief in my lower back. Very pleased with purchase and even happier I saved money vs a higher rated one that was not as good.

Took a fall on tailbone. This protects the tender place. Very comfortable. Good fit. Ample support. Receives pain from sitting on solid chair seats.

This seat cushion provides really solid support and definitely helps take the pressure off your tailbone and lower back during long stretches of sitting. The shape is well-designed, fits nicely into the chair, and stays in place without sliding around constantly. ​Why it's a 4-star review instead of 5: The only reason I'm knocking off a star is the material of the cushion itself. While the memory foam is decent, it just isn't quite as supportive or responsive as a high-quality gel foam. It does the job well, but if you're used to the cooling properties and specific density of gel foam, you'll notice the difference. ​Still a great, high-quality cushion that offers plenty of relief!

My tail bone gets quite painful if seated for long periods, having read the reviews I thought this would save the day, but I find the filling is a little too soft and compresses down too much defeating the object. The stitching has come apart on one seam which I'm happy to fix, but where's the quality control?
