Q: What is the minimum distance from saddle rails to the post bracket? My present setup I have just 4 inches.

This seat post adds 4 inches to the height of the bike.

Q: I have a Rad mini with a one inch post, will this work ?

It worked on my Rad mini with 20" fat tires. 27.2mm.

Q: Which direction does the post face?? Does the seat bracket face the rear or front?

The seat bracket should be towards the front. When you go over a bump the seat will actually move a little backward.

Q: I have a lectric 2.0, not impressed with their upgraded spring seat post. will this work better? i'm 6'...200lbs

Im 5'11" 275 and i purchased red spring and it works awesome with plenty of adjustment. I beleive it comes with the lighter blue spring
