**Q: I ordered this 7 months ago and it recently stopped working. Tried replacing battery and trying different ports on different laptops but doesnt work?**
A: Assuming that the red light beneath the device is illuminating and you have attempted to connect it to various personal computers and USB ports, it is plausible that the dongle has malfunctioned. My apologies.  Our purple mouse is working fine since we've owned this device.

**Q: What does the round button below the scroll wheel do?**
A: It changes how fast the cursor moves

**Q: My granddaughter's computer is a apple mac air and is 13" . it will not take the wider usb. can you get a thinner usb for a 13"?she loves cats.**
A: It can be connected to laptop, PC and other devices with USB ports.
Some Mac laptop do not have a USB port and need to use an adapter cable.

**Q: I purchased this and it is completely adorable and I love it.  Turns on just fine however when plugging it into my computer it does not work?  Help!**
A: Please try to use other USB ports or other computers to see if they can be used normally.
If it doesn't work, it means the product is broken, please return it and buy it again.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Favorite Gaming/Professional Mouse

I bought this mouse back in April 2025 and haven’t experienced any issues with it yet. The batteries it came with lasted for 300+ hours on Skyrim, not taking into account hours spent doing protein modeling, other games, and general office work. If your need is for gaming, I found this mouse to be very nice especially considering that I have a smaller hand. It connected easily to my computer and didn’t skip at all, incredibly smooth and the connection has never fallen out despite the rough handling of my laptop. Accurate, fast, and really cute. For programs like Wincoot or Pymol, this mouse worked perfectly. All of the mouse functions work on this and I haven’t experienced any issues with the mouse impacting the shortcuts. I don’t have anything bad to say about this mouse. The bottom only wore out in the last two months, and even then it was very easy to just replace the skates and keep using the mouse. TLDR: Great mouse for gaming and professional use. Super cute, looks like the picture, good connection, comfortably fits a smaller hand but a coworker with larger hands reported no issue.
