Recently there are some strangers appearing in my apartment building and they tried to get into the rooms in the night. This is thrilling so I bought this camera and put it at the door set. To fully understand the situation in my home reliefs me a lot. And the installation is pretty simple, just follow the manual and all set up very quickly. For the picture quality, I love it very much. The night vision gives it fantastic clearness when there's only a little light comes from the window and you can know exactly what's going on in your home.

i recently purchased this out camera. and i must say it has exceeded my expectations in evert way. the image quality of this camera is absolutely stunning. with its 4k resolution, it captures every detail with incredible clarity and sharpness. also the camera's wide angle lens is another standout feature. it provides an extensive field of view. the installtion is very user friendly. that's why i hightly recommend the 4k outdoor camera for everyone in deed of reliable and high quality surveillance.its exceptional image quality, wide angle lens,easy installation,weather resistance and advanced security features make it a top notch choice.

I really like this camera and wish I could give it 4.5 stars. But since that's not a option, I am knocking a star off for the lack of complete installation instructions.The Good:• Great instructions that cover connecting it to your network and setting it up in software• The app is optional–it doesn't have to use yet another app! You can configure everything using a browser• Day and night images are crisp and detailed• The IR lighting for night is smooth with no hotspots. The blown out area in my photo is from another camera's light spilling into the Vikylin's field of view• Dynamic range is great right out of the box. Many cams have way too much contrast, but this is perfect• The wide angle of view provides a lot of coverage area• I used ONVIF to connect to my SecuritySpy software, it's stable and stays connected• POE makes wiring so much easierWhat should be improved upon:• I couldn't find instructions anywhere that show how to mount the dome camera, even on the Vikylin website. I had to find videos for similar cameras to see how it is supposed to be done without damaging anything. It turns out you have to remove the three screws holding the dome cover to the camera, then mount the base, then replace the cover. Simple to do, but should be explained• No instructions for how to use the weatherproof cord connector. Again, I had to look for other cameras to find out how it goes together• There is no mention anywhere if this supports a TF/SD card for on-board recording. Once inside, I didn't find a slot, so it does not appear to support a memory card. Now, they didn't claim it COULD support a card, but that information should be included in the description

This camera doesnt work even with their software installed with over the top permissions. Total wasteDo not download their mobile app, that will lock the camera and you wont be able to view it with your nvr/dvr or any other software.

First, the mounting holes / screews are too small, The link to the setup program is broken, I went out on Google and searched and found a setup program that worked. We all know these products come from overseas, the download links pointed you to a zip file that when extracted was eith in CHinese, or no executable that ran the setup program. Resolution is not good either...too grainy! I wish I had sent them back after I hooked one of them up. The other one(I ordered two) remains unboxed. One of the worse AMZ purchases I have made in many years, but can't blame Amazon, they've always been good. My fault for missing the return deadline. Bottom line, don't waste your hard-earned money!

Great specs on these, and no issues with setup. Just plug and play. I have purchased this brand before with good results, and will again. I also like that these aren't too big, and nice clean audio.

I got 3 and they worth their 50$, quality is good(not great). About 15fps, they don't need much dancing around, attached to NVR by network and ready to go. Night time image is also decent.
