How long are the legs?... wanting these for running

They are just above my knees. Not quite short shorts.

What would be the size for UK16-18?

I usually wear a size 14 jeans as my thighs are quick thick. I bought a size L-XL and they are really comfortable. My friend who is a size 16 waist but has skinnier legs than me can also wear the same size. So I would say if you have skinny legs go for L-XL but if you have thick legs go up to XXL

What size range will fit a 10-12? I fear S-M might be too small but there’s no measurements?

I'm a 10-12 and the s-m fits nicely. The fabric is soft so doesn't feel restrictive at all
