My story I was inspired to try Triphala after reading the book "Prime by Kulreet Chaudhary". I've been having digestive issues and was attracted by its potential laxative and detoxifying properties. The book suggests it is gentle you could take more than the recommended dose if the initial amout was not effective and there are no issues with using it long term. HOWEVER, I've found out from my own experience that this doesn't appear to be the case for everyone. I have a sensitive gut and the dose recommended on the bottle was too strong for me, it made me feel great in the short term, but after a few days, I became very dehydrated and had to tstop taking it. If I was starting out using it again, I'd begin with a low dose and take the time to see how my body reacted to it. I asked the kineseologist I see to test it. Her test revealed my body wants to take a lower dose, for a short period of time, so I'm going to restart again this week. How it worked I noticed an improvement in how I digested food and my energy levels after taking it. It worked well as a laxative and (without going in to graphic details), I noticed signs it was helping my body to detoxify itself. My appetite improved , I slept better and there was a noticable increase in my HRV levels the day I started taking it. The product It arrived as described, is good a quality herb and it worked well. It has glass bottle and I appreciate it is organic. I have used some Fushi items before and they all have been good quality. With so many brands I don't recoconise available on Amazon and a lot of press about fraud, especially where ground herbs are concerned I prefer to stick to company I trust. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to take Triphala.

I’ve been taking Triphala capsules and I’m really happy with my experience so far. I used to struggle with constipation, and I noticed that since adding these to my routine, I feel more comfortable and regular. I decided to try Triphala after hearing so many positive reviews, and I’m glad I gave it a go. Everyone’s experience is different, but it has worked well for me personally. The capsules are easy to take and simple to include in my daily routine. I’m really pleased with my purchase and will continue using them.

I love these Triphala capsules. I trust the Fushi brand more than others and, even though it is more expensive in comparison, I prefer to err on the side of caution. The benefits of Triphala are well-known and these do what they need to.

Anything Bio-dynamic should be the best. It came in a glass bottle which is also good. Unfortunately, being in capsules meant they were not processed effectively in my guts, which is what I bought it for. I tried opening the capsules and adding to warm water, but the taste was unpleasant. Knowing how beneficial this should be, I bought a loose powder pack Ausha Organic, which works very well. I take a tiny amount, about one eigth of a teaspoon in warm water, morning & evening, and that has sorted out my constipation, fairly well.

Didn’t do anything. Bought this as I Amla is very bitter and you don’t feel sick from the taste when it’s in capsule form but it doesn’t seem to do anything.

not all triphala out there is clean or even does what its supposed to. This one is and does. I've tied well over a dozen brands for reference.

Also auch hier kann ich definitiv eine positives Feedback geben muss aber erwähnen das es eine extrem starke Wirkung die Entgiftungsfunktion bemerkt man sehr schnell mindestens genau so gut wie Marieendistel extrackt nur das die Wirkungen die hier angegeben sind etwas vielseitiger sind! allerdings sollte man hier mit der Dosierung aufpassen die Kräuter räumen recht heftig auf ....-
