I had 3 large chicken going at once as well. Assembly is straight forward. Easy to clean. It has multiple levels to place the spitrod so you can put whatever you are cooking as close as you want. I give it 5 stars because it has worked perfectly for us. My only drawback is the little piece of metal on the rod that keeps it rotating came off and went inside the rod. It's magnetic so it won't come out. I wish there was a cover as well.
