This product does not work. I expected it to be a couple of inches long, it's tiny, certainly not worth the money they are charging. I only wanted this to help me with removing my contacts as I have no problems putting them in. It doesn't create enough suction to hold onto the lens even just to slide it to one side. Total waste of money!!

Holds the lens well but need to find a way of releasing the lens from your eye as direct pull nearly pulls you eye out!.. you have to stop.

I tried to use it for the first time at the Opticians this week and it was hopeless. Didnt work at all. Just wouldn't get any purchase on my hard lenses at all. It may work on bigger lenses but definitely not on my torric lenses. Waste of money even though it was cheap. I bought one from my Optician in the end. Im going to chuck this one.

Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I’ve bought it as I tried to put lenses on for the first time and I had several difficulties to do it with my fingers. The cup doesn’t properly suck the lens and I didn’t manage to use it for the insertion. For the removal the story it’s not different, I felt like it was sucking my eye out rather than the lens. In the end I’ve eventually learnt how to put and take out lenses using my hands. But maybe it’s only me.

some reviews say the suction isn't very good or weak ect but unless you want it to pull your eye ball out then i dont see why the bad reviews its not meant to be super powerful, it sometimes takes a couple of tries for the lenses to come out but that is down to how long they have been in for and how dry your eyes are ect but if they dont come out straight away just use the tool to move the lens around to loosen it or move them to a corner and they come straight out no problem and this tool stops you from potentially scratching your eye also makes the process more hygienic as you dont use your fingers even though you wash your hands this is better and also you dont really feel this tool on your eyes so makes the whole process easier.

I had just recovered from a severe eye infection so was looking for something clean. This looked ideal. Simply put it will not extract the lense from the eye. The lens sticks to the eye because of surface tension. When the inserter/remover is placed on the lens for extraction the suction pad does not overcome the surface tension force - it just pulls, feels awkward and then separates from the lens without removing it. I slid the lense up down sidewards and still it would not come off the eye using this tool. I contacted the importers by email (you can google to find them), they did not have the courtesy to respond. Just wash your hands carefully and forget these.

Spijt van de aankoop, werkt niet bij zachte lenzen. Doe er niets mee. Zonde

Peut-être que je m'y prends mal, mes je n'arrive pas à m'en servir. La ventouse fonctionne bien mais je ne sais pas enlever les lentilles avec.

Lo utilizziamo per togliere e mettere le lenti a contatto ad una bimba di 3 anni. Rende l'operazione decisamente più semplice, non è invasivo ed è efficace. Molto meglio con lenti rigide, ma anche sulle lenti morbide ha buona presa, ci vogliono un po' più di pazienza e pratica.
