So I recently travelled to Grenada for carnival and normally because I am outside so much sweating and dancing and wearing costumes. I tend to get heat rash. I have gotten heat rash consistently every single year. I have gone for the last 10+ years I have tried antifungal creams from boots and they don’t work. I used to think maybe it’s not that I came across this product on Amazon and decided to buy it, it genuinely works as I was in Grenada and I did not get heat rush. Once I felt like it was coming after a extremely hot day in carnival costume and applied the product after a cold shower. When I woke up in the morning my skin was still perfectly clear. I will buy this product every single time I have eczema and I tend to get heat rash easily bought this product is a God sent. My problem areas where my waist and my arm pit folds. But again ZERO HEATRASHif you don’t like mint sensation then you might not like the product but I love it

Definitely the best psoriasis cream I have used. Hasn’t totally cured it but certainly improved visual appearance and reduced dryness. Expensive for amount you get though! Shame pot isn’t actually full!!

This product definitely works as advertised. However, if you are like me and have scalp psoriasis, please be careful with this product. Too much at once can actually worsen your condition and cause more irritation. Make sure to speak with your doctor if you experience any problems.For those who complain about burning and stinging - I did experience this, and I noticed that the main cause is because the formula will burn anywhere there is broken skin; e.g. from scratching the area too much. Additionally, this is a very strong formula, and sensitive skin will also become easily irritated by the formula. If you have sensitive skin, especially if you already have steps in your routine that exfoliate your skin, then try to use this cream only in extreme circumstances, and otherwise lean on gentler formulas as your primary skin care management.In any case, this is a great product.

I can’t use this item as it burns my eyes, nose and skin when I apply it, the skin burn isn’t to bad but my eyes water a lot and my nose burns pretty bad

This cream definitely gives you short relief from the itching with its menthol cooling effect. It doesn’t actually treat or heal eczema, dry skin or psoriasis though. This cream does not hurt but I can see why some of the reviews say it burns, it doesn’t burn technically but it is menthol so think of it as eating an airwaves chewing gum and breathing in. The cold cool feeling. I personally like the feeling. Just wish the relief was longer than it is.

At first I wasn’t impressed. I expected miracles for long term psoriasis on my hand. It has taken three weeks of twice daily use and it’s completely gone! I have previously been prescribed steroids, unctions, and potions. All those did was spread it.This product is exactly as described. Used sparingly at least twice a day, moisturising, non-greasy, and soothing.Would definitely recommend

I can't express enough just how amazing this product is,I have suffered with psoriasis for 20yrs, on my arms,head and in my ears.I scratch all night .my husband has threatened to move into spare room, I have to wear light clothes so that the shedding cant be so visibleI wake up just as tired as I went to bed.I have been using this product for just a week and not only am I not scratching all the time, I can physically see my skin repairing.It is not so pleasant on my head, it can feel for the first few minutes like your heads on fire. BUT hey no pain no gain.I haven't as yet been brave enough to use it on my ears.
