absolutely love the Arola Dream Collection spandex shorts! I originally bought them for the gym, but they've quickly become my go-to shorts for weight training, walking, hiking, and even running errands because they're so comfortable. I've been wearing them regularly for several months, and they've held up incredibly well. Even after multiple washes, the material is still soft, the compression hasn't loosened, and they still look brand new. What worked well: The material is incredibly soft and comfortable while still providing just the right amount of compression. They hug your body without feeling too tight and are very flattering. The high waistband stays in place throughout my workouts, so I'm never stopping to pull them up or adjust them. They're squat-proof, breathable, and don't roll up on my thighs during exercise, which is a huge plus. They move with your body and feel supportive without restricting movement. What could be improved: Honestly, I don't have any real complaints. My only suggestion would be to offer even more colors because I'd definitely purchase several more pairs. Who I think they're best for: These shorts are perfect for anyone who enjoys weightlifting, CrossFit, walking, running, yoga, Pilates, or simply wants a comfortable and flattering pair of athletic shorts for everyday wear. Sizing: I found the sizing to be true to size. I ordered my normal size, and they fit perfectly. The compression is snug enough to feel supportive without being uncomfortable, and the waistband provides great tummy support. Was the description accurate? Yes! The shorts looked exactly like the photos, the color matched the listing, and the material was exactly as described. The quality honestly exceeded my expectations for the price. Overall, these have become one of my favorite pairs of workout shorts. They're soft, supportive, flattering, and durable enough to handle regular workouts and frequent washing. If you're looking for high-quality compression shorts that perform well without the premium price tag, I highly recommend the Arola Dream Collection. I'll definitely be buying more colors!

As always, I’m just here to give you the pros and cons from my experience: PROS * Honestly, the best gym shorts I’ve found. * The comfort and stretch are exactly right for working out. * Perfect length — short without constantly riding up. * Stay in place and don’t roll, even during workouts. * So many beautiful color options. * Durable and hold up really well over time. CONS * They say “AUROLA” across the back 😅 It’s not subtle and it drives me nuts. For reference, I am 5’5 & 120lb.

Love these shorts! They shape and lift the bum without being TOO much. Still looks like me, just better. Stays in place when I’m working out and True to size and color and I’m going to get every shade. Medium, 140#, 5’7

I have good and bad reviews about these shorts. I start with the bad and end with the good, so bear with me on this lengthy review. First off these shorts are actually pretty good based on the price. I sized up to an XL because a friend of mine (who wears a large, and is about 20 ish pounds lighter than me) recommended that I size up. I semi regret this lol. (*EDIT: So I tried on her larges the other day and they fit everywhere but my thighs. I have pretty large thighs and the shorts squeezed my thighs a little more than I would have liked them to. The shorts fit great everywhere else so if I didn’t have such big thighs I would have been great getting a large, but if you’re a big thigh girl like me size up😊) I am not sure if this is me or if this is the shorts, so take this next comment with a grain of salt. My ch00chie EATS these shorts like thanksgiving dinner....... I have never had issues with camel toe in shorts, but these ones I do really bad. I am not sure if maybe it's because I should have sized down or if it is just the shorts, but just be advised that this may happen. I don't wear underwear when I work out ( I know some people do, but just not me), but I do when I wear these shorts because it definitely helps when it comes to camel toe. Also, they do tend to roll up on me and these ones particularly (just the black color) are NOT squat proof. I have some pretty thick thighs though so just for my bigger thigh girlies beware that this may happen. When it comes to them not being squat proof, I don't think it's horrible but I know some people are self conscious about it. Really if you just wear some underwear with them you'll be just fine. (**DISCLAIMER: I bought these shorts in a bunch of different colors and the other colors ARE squat proof, IDK what it is about the black color.) On to the good things about these shorts. They really fell like I am wearing nothing when I am in the gym. They are super soft, and stretchy its amazing. The material is really soft and I didn't feel like they were squeezing the life out of my thighs. I also did not feel constricted when I was working out and it didn't show butt sweat that bad either (I know that's kinda gross but lets be honest here these are gym shorts and I want to give an super through review). At the end of the day the good parts of these shorts definitely out way the bad, and I would 100 % recommend getting these shorts. I legit have bought them in all the colors in my size.

I’ve bought them in many colors and I love them. I won’t ever pay 100 for some workout shorts these are quality and priced well. Fit perfect. I will say the do roll up sometimes (I have thick thighs) but honestly it doesn’t really bother me that much

I bought these after loving an older version of the same shorts, but the quality and fit have clearly changed. The previous pair was buttery soft, compressive without being restrictive, stayed in place, and was very comfortable. The new version is not soft and rolls up with any movement involving bending or sitting. The waistband is restrictive and feels fine only when standing upright, but rolls and digs in as soon as you bend or sit, which is uncomfortable and unflattering. Compression is uneven: the waist is very tight while the fabric around the love handles is softer, which actually accentuates them instead of smoothing everything out. They also sit noticeably lower in the back than the front due to the curve of my butt, leading to constant adjusting. I’ll wear these around the house, but I don’t feel comfortable wearing them out. For reference, I’m 5’4”, 130 lbs, bottom hourglass shape.

I don’t know what it is about these shorts in perticular that are so different from aurola’s other shorts but these are the best by far! They don’t have any of the fancy contour lines or patterns and are super simple but that’s exactly what I love about them. I adore these shorts and coming from someone who lifts in them 5 times a week, they haven’t faded, pilled, or ripped. I’ve ripped the scrunch part in the back on a few different brands of shorts but these haven’t ever failed me. They’re the best and I’ll buy these exact ones over and over

stop and buy these shorts now!!!!!! they fit so good and are soooo amazing definitely worth the price if you are thinking about it! they are thick and feel so high quality.

My new favourite gym shorts these shorts are sooo soft almost as buttery as the Lululemon shorts and I love the invisible scrunch if ur thinking about buying these just do it trust me

Vraiment flatteurs, tissu assez mince mais tout de même compressif. Par contre, couleur plus flash que sur les photo, mais tout de même de bon goût.

Fabric is nice and soft, fits well. Only downside is the waist and legs rolls down/up during work out so hesitant to wear them. Considering they were $50 I’d expect them to somewhat stay in place. I got a size L - I am 5.2 and 63 kgs
