what is the external size of the outlet pipe as the standard 32mm ones ive tried will not fit into the wall fitting so im hoping this is smaller pipe.

outlet is 32mm. there are different sized pipes depending if it is push fit or solvent weld pipe. the pipe coming from the trap is probably not british standard. I used a compression elbow behind wall which compensated for different sizes

what material is it made off?

Not sure of that, but definitely a good chrome finish and very well made.

Superb quality and easy to install

Superb quality for the price! You won’t buy that anywhere else. B&Q had a cheap looking chrome for £25 so this was half price and way better quality. I’m a female and I managed to fit it with no issues whatsoever. It’s very easy to install. I had to use an angle grinder to cut the pipe but I managed. Slightly bigger than 32mm I would say (see images) but that actually worked better for me

Great product, however given it 4⭐️ as washers A & G were missing luckily had box of spares and bit of PTFE tape managed to work apart from that good quality product (sure this is a assembly/packing issue)

Nice unit….beware! Not a standard fitting!

Nice well made unit, Improved the under sink look! Had a few problems finding an adapter to fit existing drain pipe! Eventually found a compression connector that did the job!
