Great camera for the price
We purchased two of these cameras for our daughters for our trip to Hawaii since we would be snorkling. I was worried my 14 year old would not like them, but she was really happy with them. The picture quality was better than we expected. Not professional quality, but good enough for our liking. They were relatively easier to figure out (My Gen X self struggled a bit more than my Gen Z daughter in setting it up). There are cute frames that can be added to the pictures, and can capture both video or photos. The videos were OK, but not sure if that was user error or not. They will be the perfect camera to bring to sleepaway camp as well, since cell phones aren't allowed.

Our kids loves this camera!
We got this for our daughter's birthday because she loves taking pictures and videos. And she is under 10 and still learning to read and firgured out how to work it within minutes before we could even tell her or show her how it worked. Super simple to use. And it's durable in its case. Wouldn'tgo throwing it or hitting it into a wall, but minor bumps and falls are so far fine for it. She doesn't like the case. But it helps keep it safe plus the colorful lanyard it comes with is connected to it (after you connect it) so helps her not lose it while out and about. She almost has 500 pictures /videos taken too. So great memory storage. It also has cute filters and games. It's battery life is really good too. She's had it for a week and we've only had to charge it twice so far. We haven't tested it in water yet. But I'm sure it's water resistant to a point. Like most waterproof/resistant things are. I'd definitely recommend this has a gift even to older kids as well. Oh and it's size is great. Neither of my kids have issues holding it. And the weight isn't bad too. It's just a perfect camera for toddlers and kids.

Case broke easily
Within the first few uses, the waterproof case broke. Camera still works, though can't use in water anymore.

Great for the Price
This is my 6 year old's first personal camera and my kids are pretty rough with their things so the fact that it has lasted well for the first week is great. We've used it under water at the beach, water park, and pool and the camera is still intact thanks to the waterproof cover. We've also used it at home of course and playing outside. The camera has a lot of storage before needing to have pictures and videos moved to another storage space. There are simple games (not the reason I bought it). I'd estimate that it must be re-charged after about 2-3 hours of constant use which, for me, is a bonus because it naturally gives my child a break from technology.Updating after 3.5 months of frequent use:The camera is still a good fit for the cost, and at the same time, you get what you pay for. It has been randomly freezing with no buttons that are able to change the interface image or turn off the camera. We've resorted to waiting for the camera to run out of battery and die, recharging it, and turning it on again. Then it is usable. I'd say this random freezing (I say random because my kids aren't holding down buttons or pushing too many at one time or pushing more than one button at a time) happens once a week or more.

Best gift
My 6yrs old loves this! It’s a great toy for the price. She’s taking pics of everything so much fun for her. And easy for her to use. She figured it out pretty quick. It’s pretty simple but has enough features to keep her having fun. I wish it didn’t have games on it but the games are pretty lame so she doesn’t mess with them too much. She has fun adding frames and mustaches to her pics and loves the timer for snapping selfies. The charge lasts plenty long. We haven’t tested the waterproofness yet.

Great for the price!
I was very surprised by the quality of the camera and ease of use, my daughter loves it. The case also keeps it completely dry. I highly recommend and makes for the best beach trip gift/summer gift.

Versions on camera vary….
I would give the camera a 5 star review but there is a performance issue in one of the two cameras that I purchased. This camera is simple to use and the grandkids (5yr old twins) love them. However since I bought two I noticed a big difference in the battery life and discovered why. The pink one does not have a menu option in the settings to dim the screen therefore the battery does not last as long as the other one. The blue camera that does have a screen display setting has a much longer battery life. In settings, the versions are different. I would love to know how to upgrade the version so the performance would be the same. I hope to get a response and I would gladly give a 5 star review. I’d return the one, but I have no guarantee the replacement would be any different. Please help!

Great camera. Keep it in the case
This is a great kids camera. It's waterproof and very sturdy, as long as you keep it in the case. It's also not connected to the Internet so you don't have to worry about your kids posting or finding inappropriate content. I wish there was a way to charge it in the case. My kids take them out to charge and then forget to put them back in. I also wish there was a camera like this with no little games on it. There's nothing wrong with the games, its just one more screen in a world full of screens. All in all, I would recommend these. My kids love being able to take their own pictures and experiment with filters and settings and I love that they aren't always asking for my phone.
