tray rack damaged // Customer Service is great
Product was packaged great, upon opening it the tray rack bars were not attached. Not an inexpensive purchase. The person who packed it was contacted and he said to contact the person we bought it from. Seems no one wants to make this right.** Company contacted me immediately and is sending out a new rack. Great customer service.

No instructions for use
There are next to no instructions for this device. Mine did not come with a clamp for the hose so the hose pops off and steams everything in the room.
