Tampered with but they offered me a refund
Bottle came loose with no box or packaging. Appears someone punched their thumb through the foil seal and the oil was off looking. EDIT: Their customer service reached out to me and gave me a full refund so I'm changing my 1 star to 4 stars. The oil normally smells incredible and their customer service won me over.

Packed incorrectly
The item smell Amazon but unfortunately it wasn’t packaged correctly and half of the scent spilled

Smells wonderful packaging was great
Absolutely love the smell of this oil. It is just unbelievable. And still going strong well over a month and still not done yet. And I feel like with this brand I do not clean my diffuser as I did with the other brand where it would slow down and only put a little bit of smoke oil in the air. Wherever you wanna call it burns cleaner I guess..

It smells amazing BUT they call and harassing u and the text and emails and such i ordered this to go with the diffuser and they are so annoying smells great but will NEVER use hotel again because of the harassing and the machine makes high pitch sou d when it puts off the intermittent smell
