Channel reception depends primarily on geographical location and terrain. If antenna can't get signal doesn't work as expected: 1) Make sure you have correctly connected the antenna to your HDTV or HD receiver. 2) Re-scan for channels. In the TV's setup menu, set the mode to Antenna or Air. Refer to the TV manual for detailed instructions. 3) If you used to get a snowy (but watchable) picture on your analog TV channels, you might haven't strong enough signals to display in this new format. Try reposition the antenna in a different location, sometimes moving a few feet can make a difference.
