Review: Best little melting pot - Definitely be mindful that it heats up super fast. I thought it would be a slow heating process so I turned it on to pre-prep it basically before adding my soap base in it. I’m just glad I didn’t scorch my base lol. It’s fast, heats up beautifully, cleans up easy and worked super well with my shea butter soap base. Not sure how accurate the thermometer is but I digress, it’s an amazing little melting pot. The only issue I had is the rancid smell it gives off when you first use it. Haven’t smelled it since thankfully. Otherwise, 0 complaints. Lightweight, convenient and puts double boiling to shame. Basically, made my soap making process faster. Would definitely recommend!

Plus, it came with a really nice thermometer for accurate temp checks. The pour spout is also drip free as the seller points out. I highly recommend this device for quick, easy melts. I holds just about 1.3 liters.

This wax heater is simple, but it works flawlessly. The key is to watch the wax melt, and as soon as it is all liquid pur into the candle containers. The kit comes with a good set of wicks and holders, as well as wooden sticks to hold the wicks in place while pouring liquid wax. I made a dozen candles over the last month for my wife, using different scents and in different fancy glass containers. She loves them. The price is very affordable and the nit is easy to keep clean.
