Gorgeous!!! This is my first try of raw honey. It has a soft creamy consistency, similar to homemade fudge.The flavour is beyond heavenly. I’ve never wanted to eat honey straight from the jar — until now. Now it seems to be my favourite hobby.I love this stuff. I’ve had it in tea, coffee and homemade milkshakes. My favourite method is to just take it straight from the jar. It’s absolutely amazing.
