Tried.Hard.Lost.
I gave it every chance. You have to believe me. I wanted to love it. I wanted us to be together, discovering the world, communicating globally, sharing, laughing, pondering, living. But no. It rejected me. It almost instantly became erratic. Evasive. Unpredictable. Unreliable. Unresponsive. Un. We quickly parted ways. I tried everything to save us. Clearing cache. Hard resets. Tough love I know but sometimes it all we have left. And then, just like that, it was gone.

OK phone but no support.
I've had this phone for 4 1/2 months now so here is my honest review.Firstly, there is NO notification Led on the phone and also the second camera on the back is a false one.In general this phone performs OK and is reasonably fast with little lag which is good for day to day use. However, there are several negative points to note including the ones that I've already covered.Buying accessories for this phone is very difficult but thankfully a glass screen protector comes already fitted and there's a clear case in the box which has a nice grippy feel to itNow, here's the WORSE part:A few weeks ago my fingerprint software malfunctioned and stopped working rendering the scanner unusable. There is no option to remove and reinstall the software so I contacted Thl by email and by their fb page via messenger but they don't reply to messages. So I will no longer be able to use the fingerprint scanner to unlock my phone. So my warning to anybody thinking of buying this phone is that there is ZERO customer service or support network. If it goes wrong, you'll be faced with a real headache having to sort out returning the phone and buying another or living with this phones flaws.Edit: scanner now working again. I had to remove the fingerprint profiles that I set up and add new ones. Still no customer support though.Update: phone is 10 months old now and has developed a weird battery fault. The phone works excellently until the battery level falls to about 30% and then it drops suddenly to 0% within a few seconds and switches off. It then takes ages to charge and the process repeats. I contacted THL by email AGAIN but still no response. I will have to look for another phone unfortunately. What else can I do?

A lot of Phone for your Money. Fast , light, with a great screen. One of the best mid range Android phones I've owned
The media could not be loaded. This phone arrived well packaged in a cardboard boxThe box contained 1x Mobile Phone, 1x UK 3 Pin USB Charger, 1x Micro USB Charging Cable, 1x Sim Removal Tool, 1x Quick Start Booklet, 1x Tempered Glass Screen Protector, 1x Protective Case.I've been using lesser known brands of Android phones for a few years now as the contract prices for new big brand names spiral out of control each time a new handset is launched. I have had many different brands, with many different specifications. Most of my family now have a handset with a strange name. My previous Elephone P8000 recently met with a nasty accident and it was time to hunt for a suitable replacement. This is the handset I opted for.Aesthetic wise, this handset looks very similar to a larger brands S7, with just enough changes to ensure it isn't identical. Which of course means it's a very nice looking phone. The build quality is as good as any top branded phone I've owned and has lost the rough edges that early Chinese handsets tended to have. The large 5.5" screen has a slightly curved edge which makes it look more expensive than it's actual cost. The phone can be unlocked via your fingerprint on the home button, and it is every bit as responsive as any top brand phone. This has always been a bit of an issue with other budget phones I've had, that the fingerprint feature is always a bit temperamental, but not with this phone. The Screen is FHD (Full HD) at 1080x1920 Pixels and looks superb, with good black and vibrant colours. The Octa Core CPU means the phone is very responsive and the Mali T860 Graphics chip ensures all your favourite 3D (and none 3D) games play smoothly and lag free. The rear camera is a 13 megapixel and can take good shots in bright light and okay shots in flash conditions there is also another camera on the rear for enhancing your shots but I'm not sure exactly what this does. The front facing camera is 5 megapixel and the usual sort of quality you expect from a selfie cam.One of the biggest selling points for me though is that this Handset also has a built in Compass. No other of my handsets at this price range has had this and it's important for me as I often use Map Software when hiking etc. Now Apps like Back Country Navigator will be able to show me exactly which direction I'm facing etc instead of the vagueness that GPS alone provides with these Apps. The Sound on this phone is very good indeed with it being one of the loudest handsets I've heard. This makes it great for watching your media on the go. The phone is running Android 7 which makes it compatible with every app available on the Android Play store and has the ability for Over the Air Updates (I'd like to hope that THL will keep the phone updated via this feature over time, but it's just too early to tell). One thing this phone is missing is NFC (Near Field Communication). This isn't something that I use so it's not important to me, but if you need to use Android Pay or other NFC based apps then you'll need to keep this in mind. It does however have "Hotknot" but this isn't as popular in the West as it is in the Asia so is of limited use.Another great point with these lesser known handsets is that they always seem to come complete with a protective Case and a Tempered glass screen protector. A simple addition that to me makes a real difference. I insist that all phones in my house have both of these due to the number of broken screens that used to occur with my kids phones. Add to everything the fast charging when using a 2amp charger and your really do get a lot of features for your moneyI really like this phone, I love these lower price great Spec phones and am always willing to take a chance with brands that others have never heard of. I find that you can still have a powerful great looking phone without the heavy weight of an overpriced contract hanging around your neck. If you've ever started to question why you pay so much for big brand phones and tie yourself to them for years at a time, then this phone is well worth buying to see if you can survive breaking away from them. I will point out that phones like these can normally be bought cheaper from Chinese based Market place type stores, but you will have very limited warranty options and you can be hit with large Custom fees. Hence why I'd rather buy from Amazon.

Could do with user manual
Seems a good phone but it does not have a users manual and have been unable to find one on the Internet so far I am having trouble using Bluetooth to connect my phone to my car.

Great phone will buy another when the time comes.
Love this phone the only thing is getting phone cases, they don't seam to be very good choice. Also the phone is asking me to reinsert SD card. I bought a new 32 one so it is not the card. Other than those 2 things it is the best phone I have had. Sound is clear when I play music or videos. Picture is lovely and sharp. The camera is fantastic I love it all, wish I had found these guys sooner, will buy another one in the future.

only lasted 3 months
I've had this phone for three months and in the past week battery life has been a constant problem. It shows that it is connected and charging but the percentage doesn't increase (in some cases it actually continues to decrease even though it shows that it's charging). This morning it powered itself off at 19% battery and won't turn back on. It would be a decent (but not great) phone if only it were operational.

Fine whilst it lasted..unfortunatly didn't last long
Was fine whilst it worked. However 3 months later it refused to charge despite chargers working with all other phones. Unable to return or fix so Has become an inconvenient paper weight.

Love it.
Well worth the price. I was sick of traditional smartphones coming with loads of bloatware so this phone is a breath of fresh air. Love it.
