This set of high quality kitchen utensils, beautiful, easy to clean, durable, well made, leaves the kitchen with a sophisticated look, excellent option for a gift, great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately I was disappointed at this set. The tools have fairly sharp edges, marks on them and poor finishing. The potato masher was bent. The tongs had marks on them. As did most of the other tools. They are lightweight, and weak tools. They can be used for intended purpose but the quality I was not impressed with.

The utensils are quite lightweight and a bit smaller than the old stainless steel utensils I have - I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not, but on balance I think it's probably ok as being a bit smaller means they fit better in some of my pots and pans. I particularly like the masher - my old one is the type with a plate with holes in that get a bit clogged sometimes, that's not an issue here. I also like the spaghetti server - much nicer than the plastic one I've used for years that's seen better days!The stainless steel holder is very handy - all the utensils fit nicely with room to spare. The whisk is smaller than my current whisk, so when I whip smaller amounts of cream this will fit in the bowl better. All good.I'm not sure I'd call these 'professional' utensils, but I think they're better than average, and most of them (masher, tongs and whisk excluded) are one piece construction so no nasty crevices where food and bacteria can lurk.At £19.99 for the full set (as at 17 July 2023) I think this is pretty good value and would make an ideal 'first home' gift for any budding cook. Pleased to have it, would recommend.
