This is a must have product for all. Its not like only workout people take this, but it can be taken by all. Many of us do the mistake of neglecting multivitamins and multi minerals. just as we focus on macro nutrients like carbs, protiens and good fats, micro nutrients are also essential for our body.Talking about product and brand it is good and in budget. I bought on lightning deal.The reason i gave it only 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is, I started facing digestion problems. Before taking this everything was fine by following the same diet.
