I really have to say I like this product a lot. It has zero taste and does not upset my stomach at all. I take up to 3 tablespoons per day with no upset stomach at all unlike other brands that I've tried. I like this MCT oil so much that I've already bought my second bottle. the price is good for the amount you get. At almost 100%. Purity with third-party testing this company is really transparent. As far as blood ketones goes it definitely works. I was testing prior to taking the MCT oil and my blood ketones were an average of 0.5 after taking the MTC Oil 2 hours later tested, my blood Ketone levels and I was at 1.0 the highest that I've had since buying my blood meter. I had become plateaued at a certain weight and after taking this oil for about a week. I started losing weight again. I wish I would have found out about this oil earlier. I've tried other products that costed more that were made from dairy MCT C8 that really upset my stomach and gave me inflammation actually. The moment I started taking this MTC Oil actually took away my inflammation from the other product. I hope this review help somebody.

Very good MCT oil. It allows me to stay in a ketogenic state even after having eating something carb heavy! It’s a must have if you are following a ketogenic lifestyle. I only gave it 4 stars because the first bottle received was leaking & the 2nd bottle no matter how careful I am still leaks around the bottle.

Very good product, was recommended by a nutritionist expert in keto diet. First time I used it gave me a stomach pain, but I didn’t know it has to be taken with food, after that my body is reacting normal and even better.

I've been taking MCT oil for months but I decided to try this brand instead. Should have started out at a tsp. I took a TBS the first day and I felt as if my skin was burning off, sweating profusely, vomiting and diarrhea. It was a nightmare. So beware. Start off slow if you are going to try this brand.

I like that this mct oil is mostly C8. It is tasteless and has proved very gentle on the stomachs. I also love the high quality glass bottle. Will definitely buy again.

È 100% C8 puro da cocco, quindi il tipo più efficace per la produzione di chetoni rapidi. Lo noto soprattutto al mattino: ne metto un cucchiaino nel caffè (bulletproof coffee) e in meno di 20 minuti sento un bel picco di energia mentale e fisica, senza nervosismo o “crash”. Lo uso anche nei giorni di digiuno intermittente, per avere energia senza rompere il digiuno metabolico. Prima di camminate o attività leggere, per sentirmi più concentrata. Nella dieta cheto, per raggiungere facilmente la quota di grassi “buoni”. La consistenza è leggera, il gusto è neutro (nessun retrogusto strano!) e non appesantisce lo stomaco – cosa che con altri MCT mi era successa. L’assorbimento è immediato, e rispetto ad altri oli provati in passato, questo mi sembra davvero più efficace nel favorire la chetosi. Il flacone da 500ml in plastica è pratico, anche se sarebbe bello se in futuro lo proponessero in vetro. In sintesi: un prodotto di altissima qualità, perfetto per chi segue la keto, il digiuno intermittente, o vuole solo un boost di energia naturale e pulita!

I saw all the great reviews everyone wrote about this, and was very sceptical so in turn I went to do my own separate research. I saw all the benefits and studies and some of the potential cons associated with this oil. I thought I’d still give it a try anyway to support my weight loss journey. I have to say I absolutely love this oil! I’ve only taken this oil for 4days but from the very first day I took it I noticed a few changes in my body. I started to feel less hungry and felt satisfied for much longer periods of time. The really aggressive cravings that I’m use to getting which cause me to snack on junk food, had disappeared and were extremely well controlled. When I ate real food such as salads and fish, I did NOT feel the need to snack on something sweet or savoury right after. Since I started the oil I eat two meals a day with one healthy snack, such as crackers and hummus and do intermittent fasting along side it. Drinking this oil in my tea once a day has made that all do-able. I go for walks three times a week doing 10000 steps, since all gyms are closed and I weight my self daily first thing in the morning and I’m watching the scale numbers decrease as I’m slowly loosing weight. This MCT oil has been a massive help/supporting aid in helping with my hunger levels and cravings. Otherwise I’d normally be eating about 4 meals a day and on a bad day during lock down maybe 5 meals and snacking in between. But the oil has helped me take back control and show discipline to sticking to a healthy diet, in my case a ketogenic diet. Obviously you still need to eat a balanced diet and do some form of exercise. This oil is a great support for those like me struggling to loose weight, and that are battling with hunger pains and constant cravings. But you must remember to drink LOADS of water 2L. I drink loads of water naturally and I’ve had no serious issues/side affects but towards the night time I do get a bit of a dry mouth. Follow the instructions as they are straight forward and simple but like I said balanced healthy diet and some form of exercise even if it’s light exercise it will make a difference; and most importantly you will feel the difference within yourself.

I accidentally ordered a plastic bottle. So I contacted the seller to return it and order a glass bottle edition. They were so kind, they reacted fast and just sent me a glass edition product without any problems.
