OVERALL these were perfect weight, stretchiness, and length/size for me. I got for post ankle op recovery which required 4 weeks in a boot. I am 5'7" and my leg was generally pencil thin at the time. PROS: went all the way to just below knee and had perfect stretchiness so as to very lightly compress without creating compression marks on my leg. They are thick-ish and very soft on the inside, kept my leg and foot warm and cozy. CONS: easily snag on the boot velcro, I mean like just the slightest touch will snag your sock. The toe area is a bit chunky and pushing on toes a bit so I was always pulling out to give my toes space. CONSIDERATIONS: if you are larger or heavier I could see that these would be more compressing and maybe not go up to knee easily. Also if you are prone to run hot all the time these are on the thicker side. I would recommend and definitely buy again, God forbid I'm in a boot again.

This sock did work for me. It supported my foot and it was the right size. It is worth the money i paid for it. It is around the same height as the boot bit it does.stretch. It's appearance is durable because it has been washed several times.

Very soft and work great with a tall boot.

I needed socks that would easily stretch over a very sensitive foot injury to be worn under a Bregs Boot. These socks worked well, but I have a large lower leg, because I am overweight (216 lbs) so they were a bit binding and my physical therapist requested I buy diabetic socks that would not be binding. Otherwise, I liked them very much, especially in the beginning stages of recovery, when my wounds were gauze wrapped. Even after my wounds were no longer open or gauze wrapped, I liked this sock material because it conformed to my leg without sticking to my healing wounds. The weave of the diabetic socks, though looser, did seem to want to stick. They also would stretch so that I could slip them over my very sore foot.

I am five weeks out from a metatarsal phalangeal joint fusion surgery. The sock that the surgeon gave me at my four week checkup was a very thin open ended sock which did not provide enough padding even with an ace bandage, which I still need to use. This sock is cushy although it is going to be short for most people because it doesn’t even go up to my knee and I’m only 4’10”. But it is a cushy perfect fit for me.

I ordered these in tall, but they barely reached mid shin. They looked like good quality but were too small. I returned them.

They are very comfortable. I like the padded foot. I am tall and have very long legs and yet the socks were long enough to cover my calf.

I’ve been in a boot twice in the past couple years and I always come back to these socks. I’ve tried other tons of other socks and nothing compares to these. They are the perfect thickness to add cushion in the boot and they have just the right amount of compression to feel secure without digging in and leaving marks on your skin. If you are stuck in a boot I highly recommend getting multiple sets of these. I will never wear another sock in my boot

Great product. I just had ankle ligament reconstruction surgery and need something that is easy to get over my foot and ankle - ie not too tight - this fits the bill perfectly. I’m 6’3” (1.91m) and this sock reaches to just below my knee - so, comfortably past the top of my Aircast Airselect Standard boot.

J'ai acheté cette paire pour la mettre dans ma botte de marche suite à une fracture de la cheville. Au début la chaussette est très serré, mais avec le temps et les lavages elle devient plus élastique, ce qui est dommage car elle perd son effet de compression, mais ça a quand même aidé a faire dégonfler le pied.

wofür sie gedacht waren. Sie waren zum Wechseln vorgesehen und trugen sich sehr angenehm. Klare Kaufempfehlung, wenn man ist diese Situation kommt, was ich keinem wünschen möchte.
