Nice lime flavour, though I wish there were a few more options. A bit weird at first but you soon get used to it if you have it every day. Dissolves well and doesn't create any of the weird foam on top or have any grittiness that I've experienced with other brands. Pricewise, it seems the best value BCAA+Glutamine supplement you can get at just over £20 for 600g, which should last 50 servings or the best part of 2 months.

Posso dire senza ombra di dubbio che questo prodotto coniuga il beneficio effetti gli aminoacidi ramificati con i fantastici effetti della glutammina...ha un sapore che devo dire che è a dir poco fantastico è piacevole davvero...ma... Da sportivo... Posso dire che l'unica pecca risiede nei dosaggi:essendo abituato a prendere aminoacidi e glutammina subito prima e subito dopo l'allenamento, ci si ritrova a prendere 10 grammi di glutammina nel giro di poche ore poiché il prodotto prevede 5 grammi di glutammina per misurino assieme a 5 g di ramificati...ora.. dato il mio peso corporeo e l'utilizzo che ne faccio, sarebbe stato più auspicabile non inserire nel prodotto 5 grammi di glutammina per misurino ma sarebbero bastati anche solo 3 grammi in quanto, 10 grammi di glutammina sono il limite massimo che una persona normale può assumere nel corso della giornata... E diminuendo la dosi di glutammina del misurino magari mettendone di meno, si arriva ad assumere una dose inferiore di ramificati. Per me rimane comunque un prodotto valido e per evitare un sovradosaggio di glutammina, prendo metà misurino prima e metà misurino dopo l'allenamento associando l'HMB

Troppo dolce
Buon prodotto. Lo uso abitualmente pre/intra workout. Decisamente dolce per i miei gusti. Non lo ricomprerò. Ho usato anche amino magic e lo preferisco.
