Handy connectors
These little adapters are very useful if your Ethernet (internet) cableComing from your router isn't quite long enough, so you can simply connect another on to to extend it. Brilliant!!

Not reliable - sometimes don't connect
Unreliable. Not good enough quality - cables click in place but do not always connect - wasted ages troubleshooting connection issues - turned out the cables only worked when I pushed them in place; so agree with other reviewer - sometimes work, sometimes don't. Next time I'll pay more. I think there's also speed loss from using these, but hard to prove.

Sometimes does what it says on the tin.
What can you say, it joins two short ethernet cables together to make a longer one. If that's what you want to do, this is what you want to get.Just remember, ethernet leads are only really any good for 100 meters.**Update - 01-Nov-16**Having used these, I find I'm lowering the star rating from 5 to 2 because the main thing I found they're good at is falling apart. You have to join the two wires then put it somewhere where it won't be disturbed. Some of mine just pop open without any help. Will look for moulded ones next time.
