Do recent productions "fall apart"?

The plastic buckle on our most recent one (ordered in May 2013) partially melted and stretched our of shape so the strap tends to slip. Trying to get Carex to replace it. But we had no problem with another one and used it for years until a seam broke. Duck tape fixed that for a while. All in all, a good product.

In regards to the back wrap, how long does it stay heated on average?

After heating, my wrap stays heated for a good half hour.

Can you move in this? I need a wrap I can wear while packing.

Hot pack review

I received the product which is weird mark of yellow color with a hole. It seems it is used already. So disappointing.

The product performed as described. Yes, it helped my symptoms of backache. I want to keep using the product but am apprehensive about warming instructions. I find you have to heat Carex Bed Buddy to a maximum of 2 minutes to get warm enough to place against back. Unfortunately, instructions specify DO NOT HEAT LONGER THAN 2 MINUTES IN MICROWAVE IN THE EVENT OF FIRE. I find that alarming about a product sold on Amazon can catch fire or explode? It does not get warm enough on 1 1/2 minutes or 1 3/4 minutes in the microwave, the Buddy needs a full 2 minutes. Please comment or advise. Thank you. I realize I can not leave product unattended in microwave for a moment.

No instructions provided as to how long to microwave for or to what temperature. Product was bery expensive for what it is and does not really work as I cannot get it hot enough
