I found that when I took the supplement as directed, I noticed a a strong difference in my workouts and in my overall weight loss. But you have to be consistent with it. It takes several days of consistency to begin to notice. I took this for around 2 month consistently, along with my normal creatine and protein goals. All combined I noticed my improvements sped up. My focus day to day was better and I had better energy levels. The pills have no taste at all that I noticed and theyre never caused any stomach discomfort.

All I can say is WOW!!! This is my new favorite supplement. I used to work for a nutrition shop and knew Ecdysterone was a good supplement, but this one is beyond good. Seems to improve my strengthThere’s 2 sides claiming it’s not worth the money & others who says it’s anabolic without side effects 🤷🏻‍♂️I’ve seen & felt stronger on them than not on them. My Blood work usually shows also good results. Personally ecdysterone works better for me than taking Turk by itself.But hey this has both so why not.

On my second bottle, I have went from 2 plates on chest press to 4 plates on chest press, I maxed out the back extension, I put 20lbs on the pulldowns and the barbell curls feel like butter, this stuff will give you a noticeable increase on your lifts.

Been using this product for several months now and am stronger, more athletic, and have greater endurance in my training than I've had in awhile. Best part - no side effects! Will continue as a staple in my stack.

My workouts have increased to every other day with great recovery time. Way less sore and no side effects with this product. The price is good too. Will definitely continue to use.

Seriously, I was unsure about trying this. It definitely puts a little pep in your step and I feel like it is noticeable. Not sure if I’m really making extra gains, but I like the hour or two after I take it. I’ve resorted to using it as a pick-me-up in the early afternoon.Update: upon further research, it’s the ecdysterone that has an effect. Turkesterone appears to be more of a gimmick. If you seriously want to make gains and don’t want to go the anabolic route (good on you) I would look at things like MK-677 or just stick with high calories, caffeine and creatine (remember to have some carbs for absorption). There really aren’t any magic bullets other than stuff that makes you bald and shrinks your man-jewels. Stay away from the tren my friends.
