I purchased these Class 2 DVT stockings for my father after carefully measuring his ankle, calf, and thigh according to the provided size chart. Based on those metrics, he fell squarely into the Small category. However, upon arrival, the stockings are significantly shorter and tighter than expected, making them unusable. While I understand the hygiene reasons behind a non-refundable policy for medical garments, there are two major issues the brand should address: Size Chart Accuracy: The current chart does not seem to account for the actual length or the different anatomical proportions between men and women. I strongly recommend providing separate size charts for men and women to ensure a better fit for future customers. Exchange Policy: When a customer follows the brand's specific sizing instructions and the product still doesn't fit, a rigid "no-return" policy is very discouraging. An exchange option for a larger size would go a long way in building customer trust. I would highly appreciate it if the seller could reach out to facilitate an exchange for a larger size (Medium or Large) so my father can actually use the product I paid for. I hope the brand takes this feedback seriously to improve the shopping experience for others.

The fabric is of poor quality, elasticity is very poor, very thick fabric, not comfortable. And I can't return it as there isn't any option for return on the basis of quality. Totally disappointed.
